Frosted Mini Wheats (Bite Size)
MajorGrooves wants me to try Weetabix, but since I haven't been able to find that in the States I'll have to work with the Mini Wheats for now. I'll try to find the Weetabix at a local shop that specializes in world foods.
The wheats were a nice change of pace from the sugar based theme I have been on. The cereal stayed extra crisp and crunchy and it only had a hint of a sugary taste. This has to be my favorite so far simply because it held together and didn't overwhelm me with glucose, fructose, or sucrose. Wait a minute. The second ingredient is sugar and the third is high fructose corn syrup. Well at least the hid it well. Is there any cereal out there that is actually good for you?
It's really strange to actually see a number next to the Fiber column in the nutrition facts section. I might have to pick up a full size box of this stuff.
4/5 spoons.
